I am very pleased with the progress we are making using FM and with working with Geoff. He is fantastic in all areas mentioned below. Our biggest problem is training the users to learn the system, which I have learned in my career is always the biggest challenge.  Folks here either think it is slow, cumbersome, can’t be flexible to our needs. I appreciate the system you have of letting my account balance sit idle until I really need it. We are cracking the user barrier slowly, particularly with some training from Geoff about using the list function instead of building “reports.”  I think that FM and the Excelisys choice was a good one for Cowhorn.
