3+ years experience doing web stuff and junk with dabblings in any and all web technologies are welcome of course. Here is a list of things we feel are important in some way, shape, or fashion…

FileMaker Pro Developer

4+ years experience developing with FileMaker Pro. Hopefully you have gone there with FileMaker GO and maybe even some web integration would be cool as well.

• Strong understanding of relationships, db ones that is
• Not afraid of FileMaker Pro Server & FMPS Advanced.
• No fear of asking clients questions you need the answers to in order to help them get what they need
• Know which details matter and how to push back and say “no”
• You can work alone and with others
• You understand that anchor–buoy is not just a nautical term, and that while separation of church and state is nice, separation of data/logic and GUI may not be
• No fear of Spiders crawling around in your FileMaker solutions
• Overwhelming desire to create the greatest and bestest FileMaker solutions ever known to mankind
• Understand that other people will be using your FileMaker solutions, so it must make sense to them not just you
• Anxious to work on a variety of platforms and products (iPad, iPhone, web app integration, thick or thin–client desktop, etc.)
• Can bedazzle with copious notes when needed
• Don’t require a sitter
• You’re a responsible individual and you take pride in that
• You know what a computer is and you are not afraid of them
• Strong pride in craftsmanship, but not arrogant

• Good math skills, more so towards Algebra than just addition and subtraction, basically you have progressed passed flash cards
