eXFiles For FileMaker
The eX–Files line up includes five solutions:
eX–BizTracker,
eX–BizTrackerPro,
eX–Mailer,
eX–Fund, and
eX–ReportCard.
Each eX–File jump–start solution represents about 80% of the work already done, leaving
portions to be completed according to your precise needs. These eX–Files are not available
for individual sale, but are included among the various rapid–development tools available
to Excelisys customers. When you retain Excelisys’ services, you can choose which solutions
you need for modification and integration.
Shrink–wrapped or off–the–shelf database solutions seldom fit just right. Either their feature set is too saturated and exceeds the needs of the end–user or it lacks specific functionality the customer is expecting. With our set of jump–start eX–File solutions most, if not all, of the development is already done. This leaves a portion open to customization and personalization to specifically address your company’s unique needs. Inc. for it’s FileMaker Pro 7 product launch – but is now completely rebuilt to take full
advantage of the enhancements introduced in FileMaker Pro 8.5.

eX–Fund is a fund–raising application that centers around the Donor as a primary interface to tracking fund–raising campaigns and gifts. Donors can be either individuals or organizations, and can be related to as many other donors as necessary for easy cross–referencing of connections and gifts. In addition to contact management of donors, eX–Fund provides Task functionality (“Connections”), broader Campaign management, custom List management, and a mechanism for mass–mailing and emailing.

eX–ReportCard gives educators an off–line grade tracking system they can use to print report cards and upload students’ marks to their school district. This solution can be deployed using either FileMaker Pro 9* or the FileMaker Runtime Engine, and requires only the time necessary to enter specific standards and modify the various layouts. A small school district, which typically lacks the funds to purchase any of the high–end software currently available, can more easily afford the smaller investment in eX–ReportCard and start saving their teachers so much of their valuable time.
