Kiko Auctioneers and Realtors, Inc., a leading company in the sale of real estate and personal property, has been involved with Excelisys for the last three years. What started out as an attempt to clean up our original databases has turned into an entirely new and updated internal database and external database driven website that has provided our company more freedom than we thought possible. Once again we went to Excelisys in panic mode! We just opened a
subsidiary company and we were invited to sponsor a conference and
by doing so we knew we would get an extreme amount of exposure. We

Delta Alpha Publishing wanted to convert the printed version of its acclaimed Encyclopedia of Real Estate Terms into an ONLINE reference work that is easy to search. The hybrid Web and FileMaker solution for my company was in disarray prior to finding Excelisys. While I have had a website for some time I had begun to implement a much more detailed level of dynamic programming in the fall of 2004. For nearly two years I was mired in inefficiency and wasted time. Working with Alex from Excelisys has been tremendous. Most programmers I’ve met are fairly rigid in their thinking but Alex has managed to be quite flexible. Alex was forced to weed through years of unintelligent spaghetti throughout almost every page of my code. Sales Automation solution. Kurt Knippel and Cesar Morales are amazing to work with especially for someone with all the demands in the world, but with very little knowledge of actual solution building protocols and limitations. I have been known to be impatient and both Cesar and Kurt held my hand through the entire process, all the while wondering why Christo had put up with a “friend like me” for so many years. Bottom line – I demanded – they produced. I was impatient – they were soothing and methodical. Biggest bottom line – SALES INCREASED!

our database crashed and our normal FileMaker consultant was out of town. So he referred
